JavaScript Job: UX Designer

Become part of the core team of a Web3 startup aiming to disrupt the Luxury industry using blockchain technology. We are a team of 9 experienced people with 4 amazing advisors.

We are looking for an experienced user experience designer to work with our Lead UX.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our product and customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs of the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes

• Leverage user testing to make product improvements

• Coordinate with our front-end team and product design team.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a UX designer, UX researcher, and UI designer

• Experience with Figma and Adobe suite

• Experience in wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes

• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz

• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript

• Portfolio of key projects delivered in past years, with deliverables, responsible and results achieved.

• Knowledge of German (at least B2)

Conditions:

• Fully Remote, Flexible Part-Time.

• Company Located in Switzerland

• As part of the core team, the compensation for this role is done with project tokens at first and will progressively move to a fiat (CHF or USD) + token compensation.

Part-time hours: 8-40 per week
